Description
The ER308L Stainless Steel MIG Welding Wire in a 10-pound spool is designed for welding 18%Cr-8%Ni austenitic stainless steels such as AISI 301, 302, and 304. It offers excellent arc stability and smooth feedability for precise and consistent welds. Ideal for applications in petrochemical and nuclear power plant apparatus, this wire supports demanding environments requiring durability and corrosion resistance. With a low carbon content, it minimizes carbide precipitation, preserving corrosion resistance after welding. The wire delivers a yield strength of 380 MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 520 MPa, with elongation of at least 35%. Designed for DCEP reverse polarity and MIG processes, it performs reliably in structural and fabrication projects.
