The ER309L Stainless Steel MIG Welding Wire 2-pound roll is designed for welding dissimilar metals, including 304L stainless to mild or low alloy steels. It features a high chromium 23.09% and nickel 13.78% content, providing strong corrosion resistance and durability in a range of industrial applications. This wire is ideal for use in petrochemical and fiber industry equipment where reliability and weld integrity are critical. Offering excellent mechanical properties, it achieves a minimum tensile strength of 520 MPa and elongation of 30%. The smooth arc characteristics and stable performance help ensure clean, precise welds. Compatible with DCSP reverse polarity, this wire supports consistent all-position welding.
