Description
ER316L Stainless Steel TIG Welding Rods are specifically designed for welding 18% Cr, 12% Ni, and 2% Mo austenitic stainless steels such as AISI 316 and 316L. These 36in rods provide excellent corrosion resistance, especially in chloride-rich and acidic environments. They are widely used in applications involving chemical plants, fiber production, and paper processing equipment. With low carbon content, these rods reduce the risk of carbide precipitation and intergranular corrosion. Optimized for DCEN (DC-) polarity, they offer a smooth arc and stable performance. Available in multiple diameters and package sizes to suit various welding needs.
