ER70S-6 Mild Steel TIG Welding Rods are designed for welding of structural steel, machinery parts, and vehicles requiring 490 MPa tensile strength. These 36in rods offer reliable performance across a wide range of applications, especially in root pass welding of pipes in all positions. They deliver excellent mechanical strength and toughness, even in low-temperature environments. The rods are suitable for DCEN (DC-) polarity and maintain consistent arc stability and weld quality. Available in multiple diameter options, they accommodate various welding needs with precision. Proper tungsten extension of 4-6mm from the torch tip ensures optimal performance.
