Description
Surf-Blot eliminates the time consuming step of cutting blots into strips. Built-in liquid channels clamp directly onto the blot surface for screening of the intact blot. Surf-Blot also reduces the amount of antibody normally required for screening. Wide (2.5mm) channels allow convenient and bubble-free loading with either an 8 or 12 place pipettor. For best results select a Surf-Blot with channels approximately the same length as the gel. Blot gel onto a membrane that is 1 cm longer.
