This digital fan coil thermostat serves as a direct replacement for the Honeywell TB6575A1000/U and compatible units, offering reliable temperature control for 2- or 4-pipe HVAC systems in residential and commercial facilities. The non-programmable design provides straightforward operation suitable for hotels, condos, classrooms, and similar multi-unit environments where consistent, user-friendly climate control is essential. The thermostat operates on line voltage input of either 120 VAC or 240 VAC at 50/60 Hz, each with plus or minus 10% tolerance. It features dual relay outputs: a fan relay rated for 120 VAC at 6.0A or 240 VAC at 3.0A, and a heat/cool relay rated for 120/240 VAC at 1.0A with additional support for 24 VAC at 1.0A. The unit includes three-speed fan control with manual or automatic mode selection and one-stage heating and one-stage cooling capability for balanced temperature management. A digital backlit LCD display provides clear visibility of setpoint and temperature information in various lighting conditions. The onboard temperature sensor displays readings from 32 Degrees F to 99 Degrees F with a working range of 0 Degrees F to 120 Degrees F, while setpoint ranges are selectable in Fahrenheit with Celsius options available through setup menus. Remote sensor options allow for flexible installation configurations to match specific application requirements.
