This Type R vest has 2 in silver reflective tape layered over 4 in orange contrasting fabric in a unique overlapping pattern at the waist, chest, shoulders and back for high-visibility protection that meets ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 2 standards. The lightweight polyester mesh fabric is treated with flame-retardant properties tested under D6413 to self-extinguish when caught aflame, with a zipper front closure and neck cushion for added comfort. This vest also features 3 radio clip holders, pocket grommets for flagging tape and 18 total pockets 2 chest pockets, 2 flap waist pockets, 2 open waist pockets, 2 hook and loop waist pockets, 2 inside open waist pockets, 2 inside zippered waist pockets, 1 inside chest pocket, 1 back tablet pocket and 4 pen pockets for maximum utility. This safety vest is ideal for electricians, utility workers, chemical plant workers, miners and oil technicians, as well as any work involving fire hazards. It is also appropriate for recreational activities performed in low-visibility environments with moderate traffic - from jogging and cycling to fishing and hunting. To clean, simply handwash in warm water and mild detergent, then leave to air dry. For heavy soiling, gently spot clean with a mild soap. Do NOT machine dry. Employing cleaning methods other than those outlined above may shrink the vest, ruin the reflective tape or dim the coloring below safe standards.
