The Ironwear 1294 safety vest is the perfect high-visibility supplement for your FR work gear. With 2 in silver reflective tape over the shoulders and around the arms and torso, this Type R vest meets ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3 standards. The hi-vis polyester mesh fabric is not only designed to fit comfortably over standard clothing, but is also treated with flame-retardant properties and tested under ASTM D6413 methods to self-extinguish when caught on fire. Additional features include 2 hook and loop flap pockets at the waist, 2 inside pockets and a hook and loop pocket at the left chest. This safety vest is ideal to protect against fire hazards and boost visibility in all but the most demanding applications – from factory workers, utility workers and maintenance workers to jogging, cycling, walking or fishing. To clean, simply handwash in warm water and mild detergent, then leave to air dry. For heavy soiling, gently spot clean with a mild soap. Do NOT machine dry. Do NOT use sanitizers or aggressive cleaning solutions such as bleach or acetone. Employing cleaning methods other than those outlined above may shrink the vest, ruin the reflective tape or dim the coloring below safe standards.
