GN 516 compression latches close via a turning operation limited to 90° (quarter of a turn), which moves the latch arm into a 6 mm linear stroke. This cam latch housing is designed for common applications such as making a tight and vibration-proof interlock in the end position (clamping position) in connection with an elastic sealing.
