ASI305001 is a heavy duty industrial benchtop DIN rail cutter that easily cuts 35x7.5mm and 35x15mm DIN rail, as well as 32mm asymmetric steel DIN rail and 15mm mini steel DIN rails. The DIN rail cutter operates with a minimum of pressure due to the specially designed lever arm. The hardened steel dies in this DIN rail channel cutter make precise cuts without leaving any burrs on the end of the DIN rail. This DIN rail cutter comes standard with multiple cutting dies in one head and will cut the 4 DIN rail types, thereby eliminating set-up time for die changeovers. The extended lever on this DIN rail cutter reduces the amount of pressure required to cut the DIN rail making it easy to use by any operator without any fatigue. This DIN rail cutter and shear produces a burr-free finished cut, eliminating the need for secondary filing or grinding.
