Let your imagination run wild by creating your very own all purpose pull wagon with this aluminum wagon starter kit. This kit includes everything you need to build the wagon you’ve always wanted! Simply choose your own wagon bed/deck and we’ll provide the rest! Kit includes: (2) Heavy Duty 4" x 3/16′′ thick aluminum undercarriages with two pre-drilled 3/8′′ holes on each end to bolt to the wagon bed of your choosing. Undercarriages are 26′′ wide. The front undercarriage includes wagon turning assembly with pre-assembled 3/4′′ solid aluminum axles. The Rear undercarriage comes with axle tubing welded directly to the undercarriage with a 3/4′′ aluminum axle. (4) 10" pneumatic 4-ply tubed tires with grease fittings, 2.25" offset hubs with 3/4" bearings. (1) Aluminum "T" pull handle. 36′′ aluminum pull handle is made from 1" x 1/8′′ commercial grade square aluminum tubing with a 1′′ round aluminum grip handle with comfort foam grips. Also comes with a slight bend at the bottom so the handle rests leaning on your wagon bed versus laying on the ground waiting to be tripped over. Stainless steel hardware included: (1) 1/4′′ x 2′′ hex head cap screw with washers and nylon insert lock nut for attaching the handle to the turning assembly. (4) 3/4′′ flat washers for tires. (4) Quick-release lynch pins for holding your tires on the axles. (8) 3/8" x 1" button head cap screws with 3/8" washers and 3/8" nylon insert lock nuts for attaching the front and rear undercarriage to the wagon bed/deck of your choice.
