The Vulcan offers 1 magnified horizontal vial for ease of reading, 1 vertical vial, and 1 Plumb Site Dual-View vial. The 995 is fully reversible for quick floor to ceiling usage with the same phenomenal accuracy. It has 2 finely milled surface for the most precise read possible, a v-groove base for pipe work, and a wall-grip feature for easy one handed use.
