The KEEPER® Adjustable Wheel Bonnet comes with 2 adjustable straps that give proper security over tires with 2" cam buckles. The twisted snap hook works to give direct alignment with the anchor point. Suitable for multible applications, securely fits a variety of tire sizes. KEEPER® Hi-Test® webbing is engineered to combine strength with lightweight efficiency, resisting abrasion and storing compactly when not in use. Tie-Down has a working load limit of 1,000 lbs. and a break strength of 3,000 lbs, ensuring that the over wheel tie-down is rated in excess of your most demanding cargo needs. Use with Keeper®'s 04517 (ratchet or winching device not included).
