The Keeper 8 ft. Cam Buckle Tie-Down features a durable 1.25 in. Hi-Test webbing and steel cam buckle with teeth grip for a tight and secure hold. The hooks can be affixed to rings, hooks, anchors, D-Rings and other cargo anchors. Simply attach the S-Hooks to an anchor point, strap over cargo, pull the strap to the desired tension and close cam buckle to secure strap. The tie-down is compact, portable and easy-to-use. It is ideal for light-duty applications.
