There's a number of reasons a porch swing needs to become a yard swing. In this situation, it would be smart to try our small A-Frame. It is designed to accommodate a 4' porch swing. Made of Northern White Cedar, it is naturally rot and insect resistant. With our heavy duty construction the swing mount will last for years to come. Of course, if the swing didn't come from Lakeland Mills, we can't say that it will be useful as long as our rot-resistant swing mount is.
