Description

Dual purpose half height non-insulated cabinet - use for proofing or holding. All aluminum construction with tempered glass right-hinged door for easy visibility. Extruded interlocking side panels provide 13 tray slides at 1.5" intervals for 18" wide pans/trays only. Bottom mounted heat unit is easily removable for cleaning and repair. Proof mode provides lower temperatures and humidity (use with distilled water only). Hold mode provides dry heat up to 165 degrees. 8 foot power cord with 3 prong plug (NEMA 5-20) requires 20 amp dedicated non-GFI circuit. 5" plate casters (2 with brakes). Ships fully assembled via truckline. ETL listed
