Description
Style 4000G is a high-performance carbon fiber braided packing impregnated with high-purity graphite flake and a proprietary blocking agent. Designed for demanding pump and valve applications, this packing delivers low leakage, excellent heat dissipation, and minimal shaft wear in high-speed and high-temperature service. The interlock braid construction provides strength, flexibility, and easy installation while maintaining dimensional stability under pressure. Style 4000G is self-lubricating and well-suited for chemically aggressive, caustic, or corrosive media across a wide pH range. Commonly used in chemical processing, petrochemical, power generation, pulp and paper, and general industrial service where reliable sealing performance is required.
