This makes it one of the lightest certified anchors on the market to meet the 5,000 lb. standard for minimum breaking strength. With materials like aluminum alloy and stainless steel, this anchor is small but surprisingly durable. Although this anchor is tiny and low profile, it has been rigorously tested to the strict standards of OSHA 1926 subpart M, OSHA 1910, and ANSI Z359.1:2007. This standing seam safety anchor is designed for use on roofs with a maximum slope of 12/12 pitch and must be attached to fully seamed panels. To be safe and effective, the standing seam metal roof anchor must be positioned properly to apply load in the long axis of the anchor bracket.
