The 2-wire Twin Site sender has a laser trimmed, advanced matrix film resistance element to provide continuous and more reliable signals with less noise. Plastic case is sealed hermetically into one solid piece; this keeps weather out, ensures "no-fog" readability, greatly extends mechanical life, withstands vibration and shock that would render comparable metal designs useless, and is far more resistant to corrosion than any metal case version. The plastic lens and case is of a UV stabilized material. Sender is magnetically driven with variable resistance, with two plotted lead wires.

This is a gauge for a horizontal ASME LPG tank commonly found on class C motor homes. This model has connections to relay the reading to a digital meter inside the coach. It attached to the tank via small plastic clips on 4 sides of the sending unit installed on the tank itself.
