Tool Box and Job Box Casters, 4 Steel Wheel Casters, 3200# Cap., PK4

This toolbox caster kit contains two swivel with brake casters with (4 in. x 2 in.) steel wheels & two rigid Casters with two (4 in. x 2 in.) steel wheels. A combination of swivel & rigid casters provide you the ability to steer your toolbox in a desired direction. This kit also includes 16 one-inch long bolts (5/16), 16 nuts (5/16) & 16 washers to mount the casters to your pit. Each heavy duty caster in this kit can hold up to 900 lbs. per caster. All four casters together give you a total capacity of 3600 lbs. when weight is evenly distributed. Typically, the larger the wheel is on a caster, the easier it is to roll. We also offer a (5 in. x 2 in.) & (6 in. x 2 in.) toolbox caster kits. Make sure to be mindful of clearance though. These casters give you an overall height of 5-5/8 inches from the ground.
Cast Iron is the standard metal wheel used by most industries unless a heavier capacity is needed. Great for carrying constant heavy loads like a job box. The heavy duty cast iron wheels come with thicker treads, stronger spokes, & larger hub diameter compared to the standard cast iron. While cast iron is very strong, it is tough on floors & could lead to floor damage.
These casters should mount to Milwaukee, Ridgid, Jobox, Husky, Kobalt, Westward, Dewalt, Knaack, Entrix & more toolboxes/job site boxes. PLEASE CONFIRM FOR YOURSELF PRIOR TO PURCHASING. Check the photos for exact mounting hole dimensions.
