The IM-63, Mighty Marker, Water based Bleed-Thru marker is engineered for marks to Bleed-Thru water-based primers and topcoats on unpainted surfaces. This industrial marker is valve action activated to keep it from drying out and comes with extra replaceable nibs, so you can use all the ink the barrel. It features a bullet nib for precise markings. To cover the marks, seal the surface with an oil-based sealant.
