Security pen features a round adhesive-backed base, an ergonomic, tapered barrel for comfortable writing, and antimicrobial protection. Antimicrobial protection originating from a naturally occurring silver technology prevents bacterial and fungal growth on the surface of the pen. This long-lasting protection evolves from an environmentally friendly technology and is EPA and FDA approved. Barrel design features a metal tip to prevent cracking and a metal band in center for easy disassembly during refills. Swivel socket and pen holder are made of chrome-plated metal for the look and feel of expensive pen sets and the strength to withstand daily abuse. Hard rubber base won't crack or break and is backed with double-coated adhesive to provide a strong bond to counters. Ball chain extends to length of 26" for maximum desk coverage. Ballpoint pen offers a fine point. Chain-Riter Counter Pen uses standard ballpoint refills.
