Modern Masters Texture Effects is a multi-purpose medium to create a water resistant coating on your interior/exterior surfaces. Tintable formula can be used to apply a plaster-like coating on a variety of surfaces or to correct and fill wall imperfections without the risk of shrinking or cracking while drying. Self priming acrylic requires no primer and provides self sealing properties that allow for any water based or alkyd top coat once dry.
