It allows you to start, stop or adjust the flow while you dispense from your drum. Molasses gate faucet is designed for viscous liquids (order a drum faucet compatible with the liquid you are dispensing). Constructed gray iron and featuring a brass sliding plate, this drum faucet is lockable with a padlock. It is not self-closing and not for use with flammable liquids.
