Description
The heavy-duty steel-constructed sprocket is essential to the undercarriage system in skid steer and other vehicles. Its designed with exact OEM specifications and measurements, enabling seamless operation in rough terrains. The sprocket has 6 big and 3 small bolt holes for secure mounting. Additionally, its compatible with the specified model of Bobcat Skid Steer that you can check below:- OEM Specifications and Compatibility: As highlighted above, we have manufactured this track sprocket with the exact OEM quality, standards, and specifications of the Bobcat skid steer. Check out the complete compatibility list below:- Replaces Kubota OEM Part No.: 7165111, 6736306, 6855724 Old Compatible with Bobcat Models: T140, T180 s/n 231611001-later, T190 s/n 527713882-later, 572813044-later Note: Check the compatibility list and OEM part number before purchasing. Measurements: Our Bobcat drive sprocket has an internal and External diameter of 3-3/4 in and 16-3/4 in, respectively. It has 6 big and 3 small bolt holes for secure mounting. It has 15 teeth/cogs for efficient operation and grip in challenging/uneven terrains. The width at the base of the tooth is 5-3/4 in. Steel Construction: We have engineered a single-speed drive sprocket from hard steel via casting. It will ensure great tensile strength and withhold heavy loads and stress during operation. The material provides excellent resistance to wear as we have coated it with acrylic polyurethane. It will not deform even under harsh operating conditions following the surface hardness of HRC 48-58. The track sprocket will provide uninterrupted performance for 1,600 hours. However, its recommended that the sprockets be serviced every 500 hours of operation. Installation Process: You can do the installation yourself or hire a professional. But whats necessary point is here when doing it yourself:- Clean the bolts and lubricate them a day before installing the new sprocket. Utilize a skid steer or other loader to lift the track before installing. Thoroughly clean and lubricate the equipment.
