Winch Strap - 4 in Webbing with Large Flat Hook 5 ft. All winch straps are made from heavy-duty webbing for minimum stretch and maximum wear resistance. These weather-resistant cargo straps provide the strength and durability demanded in flatbed operations. All winch straps are tagged with their working load limit to meet the DOT regulations and WSTDA recommended standards. Working Load Limit: 5,400 lbs. Weight: 3.4 lbs. Hook Width: 3-7/8 in DOT requires all roll-off trucks to secure the containers on each side of the truck.
