It’s constructed to withstand the rigors of weather and roads while preventing inside loads. Our tarp includes heavy-duty grommets and tie-down cable for secure fastening of the tarp. It’s a waterproof material, keeping your container content safe and secure from various elements. Learn more about the features below:- Tarp Measurements: This vinyl tarp has an overall length of 40 feet and a width of 8 feet. However, the finished size is 38-7/8 feet (length) and 8-1/2 feet (width). The front and back ends of the tarp include a slight cutout for seamless fit around the open-top containers (excluding the castings). The cutout part has a length of 9-5/8 inches and a drop height of 3-1/2 in. We have grommets with an external diameter of 2-3/8 in and an internal diameter of 1-5/8 in. The grommets are reinforced at an equal distance. The distance between grommets on the sides of the tarp is 7 in whereas it’s 7-5/16 in on the front end (short side). Heavy-Duty Grommets: The tarp features heavy-duty grommets for secure fastening around the container. It has reinforced stitching, including a double layer with welding, keeping it safe and intact. We also provide a 40 ft tie-down cable for fast and secure fastening. This will keep the tarp tied amid heavy rain, wind, and more. Tie down the covers to the lashing bars and rings on the container using the cable. Further, tighten it as per requirement. Waterproof Material: We have constructed our container tarp from robust 19 oz vinyl/PVC material. It can withstand environmental rigors and transportation. It will protect the loads in the container from rain, sun exposure, and more. The solid tensile strength will combat the high winds and prevent it from stretching or ripping. Additionally, it can handle different temperatures (low-temperature protection up to -30°C), prolonging the life of container life and shielding loads from various factors.
