Features a writeable matte surface with a 3/8 reinforced brass grommet. Bilingual Lockout Tags convey the same lockout directions and safety information to all of your staff. Hang bilingual tags to be understood by Spanish speaking personnel. Meets OSHA 29 CRF 1910.147 requirements.
