The CREA 6K is a professional-grade countertop gelato, ice cream and sorbet machine - an excellent solution for cafes, restaurants, bakeries, gelato shops or small- to medium-volume kitchens that want to produce quality frozen desserts with consistency and flexibility. Compact but powerful, the unit is built with stainless steel construction, delivering durability, easy sanitation and longevity even under frequent use. With the CREA 6K you get four preset production modes: Classic Gelato, Semi-Soft Ice Cream, Granita and Shock-Freezing. These automatic programs - plus four corresponding storage settings - give you flexibility to produce a variety of frozen desserts and then maintain them at serving temperature or texture until you are ready to serve. If preferred, you can also operate the machine manually for total control over mix timing and texture. To help shape density and consistency, the machine uses a stainless-steel blade with removable scrapers, and incorporates an electronic inverter system that allows you to control and regulate blade and motor speed. Each batch handles up to about 1.75 kg of base, producing roughly 2.5 L (Approx. 2.65 qt) of finished gelato/ice cream in a typical 12-15 minute cycle. When running continuously, the CREA 6K can produce approximately 10 L (Approx. 10.6 qt / Approx. 7 kg) per hour - making it well-suited for small- to mid-scale production without requiring bulky floor-mounted equipment. The bowl capacity is 5 L, and the machine's operating speed varies between about 80 and 120 RPM - giving you the ability to influence texture and overrun depending on your recipe and desired density. The machine runs on standard 120 V power (800 W, 9 A) with a common plug (NEMA 5-15P), so it can be installed in most commercial kitchens without special electrical work.
