Harvey P-4 PVC cement is a regular-bodied, fast-set clear cement for use on all schedules and classes of PVC pipe and fittings up to 4 in. diameter for Sch. 40 and 2 in. diameter for Schedule 80. For more than 75 years, Harvey has offered a wide variety of products for the plumbing sector.
