Oil Burner Parts
The role of an oil burner is to vaporize or atomize oil for combustion, while providing as few actual droplets of oil as possible. Oil burners are typically used in metallurgical furnaces, drying and enameling ovens, kilns and other furnaces. Oil burners typically consist of an oil pump with a gear pump assembly and a pressure regulator, an electromagnetic valve, a fan or blower, igniters, a capacitor start motor, and safety controls, and the nozzle. The nozzle plays a vital role in atomizing the oil in the combustion chamber. Nozzles vary by GPH flow rate, spray angle, and cone type (hollow or solid), among other considerations. Other parts include mounting flanges, blower wheels, din connectors, and oil burner motors, to name a few. Zoro supplies Beckett oil burner parts and other brands.
