Lubrication occurs when the solenoid is activated. Anywhere from 2 to 24 valves may be connected to one reservoir please consult factory for valve combinations not shown. The modular construction allows for additional valves to be added at a later date if needed part no. B3151-01B11GW. The reservoir and sight are vented to allow liquid to reach the brush by gravity. An adjustable precision needle valve controls the flow rate; it has a friction lock to guard against loosening from vibration. Drop feeding can be observed through the plastic viewing window in the valve body. This oiler features a polycarbonate reservoir, polypropylene base, aluminum alloy valve body, plated steel shank, Buna-N seals and a 5/8-18 mounting thread. Polycarbonate reservoir features a cap that swivels out of the way for easier filling, while remaining attached to the reservoir. The solenoid has a 1/2 NPT thread for connecting with conduit and is powered by 24VDC please consult factory for additional voltages and frequencies. All valves feature a 1/8 female NPT outlet. The diameter of the reservoir is 2 7/8. Total height of the lubricator is 9 1/16, and total width of the valves is 4 11/16.
