Omnimed preprinted Poly chart dividers are made of strong, flexible heavy gauge polyethylene plastic. Our fade resistant dividers are printed in black on one side using an 8 point foil stamping process that produces a clean and easily readable Type. These sets are top open 5 hole punched and ship in collated packages. Dividers measure 8 1⁄2 inches wide by 11 inches long and are compatible with other charting systems.
