Omnimed preprinted Poly chart dividers are made of strong, flexible heavy gauge polyethylene plastic. Our fade resistant dividers are printed in black on one side using an 8 point foil stamping process that produces a clean and easily readable Type. These side open 7 hole sets are compatible with other charting systems and ship in collated packages. Each divider measures 8 1⁄2 inches wide by 11 inches long. Tab copy: admission records (white), history and PX (Orange), physicians’ orders (Red), progress notes (Green), nurses’ notes (Yellow), medication & treat. (Gold), lab & Spec.
