Drums can be locked in a vertical position to avoid spills or a horizontal position for draining through a faucet. A manual hand crank allows the drum to tilt up to 180 degrees. This model features a steel jaw plus a clamp cradle which securely grips the top lip of the drum. Can keep drums at any angle. Raise the drums with a manual hand or foot pump operation. Vertically raise the drums up to 57" with a manual hand or foot pump operation. Horizontal dump height is 61" from floor to bottom of drum. Rolls smoothly with 6" polyurethane casters 2 swivel, 2 rigid. Durable steel construction features a scratch-resistant enamel finish. Suitable for 55-gallon steel drums & 210L rimmed plastic drum.
