Scissor Lift features 1⁄2" steel plate scissor legs, lifetime lubricated bearings and a hinged platform for convenient cylinder access. Rolls smoothly with 2 swivel, 2 rigid rubber casters; foot operated floor lock helps keep the unit in a fixed position. Note: If the pump do not lift, it is due to the intake pressure of the pump, there is a screw cap by the side of the pump that can be tighten/loosen in order to control the intake pressure.
