Description
The sound dosimeter (badge type) was specially developed for measuring noise exposure in workplaces and complies with the IEC 61252:22 standard. With a measuring range of 7 ... 14 dB and a frequency weighting of A, B and Z, the noise dose meter is ideal for this. The time weighting on the noise dose meter can be selected between fast, slow and impulse. With the built-in 47 mAh battery, the sound dosimeter has a runtime of >15 hours. Up to three virtual noise dose meters can be set in a noise dose meter (badge type). This has the advantage that up to three measurement standards can measure simultaneously. The display of the sound dosimeter shows up to 14 measurement windows that can be set individually. The data transfer from the sound dosimeter (badge type) to a PC takes place directly via the charging station. The recorded measurement data can be read out and analyzed with the software for the noise dose meter. In addition, all settings for the noise dose meter can be made via the software. Another special feature of the sound dosimeter is that the charging stations can be coupled with each other. This has the advantage that several noise dose meters can be charged via one power pack. Up to four sound dosimeters can be charged simultaneously per power supply. For optimal support and positioning, the sound dosimeter (badge type) is attached to the work clothing of the respective employee with two crocodile clips. The distance between hearing and the noise dose meter should be between 1 and 15 cm (3.9 and 5.9").
