The Performance Tool W8657 3/16-inch Ratcheting Tap Handle is designed for efficient threading tasks. Its reversible ratcheting mechanism enables quick rethreading and material removal from threaded openings. Equipped with a bubble level, it ensures precise alignment of the tap and handle with threads. The tapered, adjustable jaws accommodate hex or square drive taps with shanks from 2.7-5 mm or 3/32-3/16 in. diameter. The sliding T-handle can be positioned on either side or removed entirely for convenience. With a hardened steel chuck and knurled grip, it provides a secure hold.
