Surface Mount Latch for Smooth & Carpeted Surfaces with Offset Cam Bar. Features: Black Polymer Body. Chrome Plated Zinc Alloy, Black or White Polymer "T" Handle. Stainless Steel Stem. Latch (Non-Locking). Easily Installs in a 2-1/2" Diameter Hole for Mounting Surfaces 1/8" to 3/4" Thick. The T - Handle drops down flush in either the open or closed (180degrees Rotation) position. (except with the offset cam bar positioned upward).
