Available in sizes from 1/16 in to 1/2 in in increments of 1/64 in, R40C screw machine length jobber drills are manufactured to NAS 907 type C standards and from premium High Speed Steel for use in many materials, including aluminum, steel and stainless steel, and have a steam oxide finish which prevents workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edges of the tool, so you get clean and accurate holes. As an aid to self-centering and to reduce the push force needed, the drills come with a 135 degree split point, and are very versatile drills, being suitable for use in many different hand-held and machine applications.
