This is a spring-loaded tilt latch made of white injected molded plastic. Dimensions are 2-9/16 inch length, 15/16 inch width, 15/16 inch offset, and mounting holes that are 1-3/8 inch on center. Typically used on single or double hung, aluminum or vinyl windows. Designed for use on sash panels designed to tilt in and down from the top. Each package contains 1 left-hand latch and 1 right-hand latch with fasteners included.
