3-1/4 in., White Plastic, Spring-Loaded Tilt Latch (1 Pair)

This is a spring-loaded tilt latch made of injected molded plastic in white. Used on sash panels designed to tilt-in and down from the top for cleaning. 3-1/4 in. in length, 1-3/8 in. width, 2-1/16 in. hole centers with a 3/4 in. backset. Used by a variety of window manufactures. Each package contains 1 left-hand latch and 1 right-hand latch to repair 1 window each.

Used on single and double hung windows

Plastic thumb latch locks and releases spring-loaded latch
