This chain door guard is constructed of high strength, cast bronze alloy and it comes in a brushed brass finish. Surface-mounted with secondary security-locking device, which mounts to swing-in entry doors of any thickness. Chain door guard locks like these are commonly used for safe viewing and ventilation. This chain door guard features an 11-link, heavy-duty, motorcycle-type chain that extends to a 5-7/8 in. reach, and it is mounted to a swivel attachment at its base. The components of this chain guard are designed to out-perform standard chain guard security locks with a heavy-duty mounting plate and keeper. All fasteners and installation instructions are included with this item.
