This screen frame is constructed of roll-formed aluminum and comes in a white colored painted finish. Each frame piece features a slight, visible bow (camber) which is designed to provide tension to the finished screen. This feature helps eliminate wrinkles in the screen’s fabric. This screen frame accepts up to 0.185 vinyl spline and can use either square plastic corners or metal miter corners. These frame pieces use spline diameters of 0.140 when screening aluminum mesh, and 0.150 diameter when screening fiberglass mesh. This item includes twenty (20), 72-inch pieces screen frame material, and they are easily cut to size with a hacksaw, or a miter saw non-ferrous material cutting blade.
