This is a mortise lock with a steel housing and hook. It has a square-end faceplate, and the mounting holes are 3-11/16 in. on center. Features a vertical keyway when hook is fully extended. Spring-loaded, adjustable hook projection. Used by W and F and a variety of other manufacturers.
