Sliding Window Tilt Latch, Spring Loaded, White Viny (Discontinued)

Prime-Line part F 2830 contains a pair of spring-loaded Tilt Latches, installation fasteners and easy-to-follow installation instructions. These tilt latches install on single and double-hung vertical sliding, tilt-in vinyl sash panels. Vertical sliding windows with tilt-in sash allow for easier cleaning of hard-to-reach exterior glass surfaces. Each latch is constructed of durable plastic and they are equipped with corrosion-resistant, long-lasting steel springs. These latches keep each vertical sliding panel locked into their respective paths of travel. Simultaneous disengaged latches allow the sash to be tilt inward for thorough cleaning, or tilted in then rotated clockwise or counter-clockwise for easy removal of the sash from window frame. Prime-Line tilt latches like these are used in Texas and other states. Each package includes one right-hand and one left-hand latch. These latches are used by many to replace damaged or missing tilt latches and they are easy to install.
