This is a 28 inch red bushing spiral balance, used for sash weights up to 25 lbs. in weight. Typically they are used to counter balance the weight of the moving sash on single and double hung windows. Fits window styles that tilt in for cleaning. Conveniently has the Prime-Line part FS 343 pre-installed. This may require the use of the Prime-Line spiral balance tension tool H 3788.
