Spring-Loaded Sliding Window Tilt Latch, White Vinyl (1 Set)

These Tilt Latches by Prime-Line Products are constructed of plastic and come white in color. They are spring-loaded, and are designed for use on vertical vinyl sliding windows. They fit both single- and double-hung vinyl sliding windows, and the housings measure 3-7/16 inches in length, 1-5/16 inches in width. The mounting holes are spaced apart at 2-1/2 in. on center, and they feature an 5/8 in. backset. These latches are easy to install and they are used by a variety of window manufactures.
