- The IMAF has two 18 in. leads; one with a PL259 for your CB antenna and one with a motorola connector for your
- AM/FM radio
- You to use your CB antenna simultaneously as your AM/FM radio antenna
- This can eliminate the need for having two seperate antennas mounted on your vehicle
- Not recommended for use with No Ground Plane CB antennas
- To install, disconnect your current coaxial cable from your CB radio
- Connect that coaxial cable to the multiplexor box on the side marked "CB Antenna"
- Disconnect the existing coaxial cable from the AM/FM radio
- Connect the coaxial cable labeled "AM/FM" to the connector on the multiplexor box marked "AM/FM" and
- then to the AM/FM Radio
- Connect the coaxial cable labeled "CB" to the connector on the multiplexor box marked "CB" and then to the CB radio.
