These cutting boards are made of Sanatec®, a high density polyethylene specially formulated for the manufacture of quality cutting boards. Sanatec's special surface finish insures long product life and will not dull knives. Our color coded cutting boards meet FDA and Federal Specifications, are approved by National Sanitation Foundation and are accepted by U.S. and Canadian Departments of Agriculture. Edges are standard saw-cut edges. Can also be Routed for Beveled Edges & Custom Engraving & Designs. (extra labor costs would apply)
